Concern Regarding LaborH Approps Bill: Cuts CDC by $1.8B

COPAFS joins 136 other organizations in opposing the 1.8 billion cut to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The reduction represents a 22% decrease in funding for CDC and would necessitate the elimation of a number of essential public health programs.
